Mutual masturbation with vaginal fluid

Hello, 3 weeks ago i had an unprotected mutual masturbation with a thai lady in a massage parlour in UAE, I put my finger in her vagina and with the same hand i started masturbation suddenly. I have a penile head infection for the past 5 years (non itchy, painless, in brown color) and have scratches and tiny papules (looks like chicken skin when erected) as a side effect from an ointment which applied by the instruction of doctor. Can any STDs transmit thru that infection/scratches/papules on penile head during masturbation that involves vaginal fluid.? Im experiencing a mild headache for last few days donno because of my overthinking and anxiety. Please help me.

5 years?! Thats a long time.

But to answer your question - no. mutual masturbation poses no risk to any STI.

Yes 5 years. Doctors told me its a fungal infection all other STDs were non reactive but i have a doubt its HPA since i had oral sex before that. Its not going multiple brown colored pigmented marks. Doctors saying leave it as it is because its not itchy, painless. If its HPA will any virus or bacteria able to transmit thru it during masturbation with vaginal fluid.?
Do you mean HPV?

If it's a fungal infection, you could transmit that to your sex partners.

Mutual masturbation is not a risk, no matter what.
