STD or Anxiety

Hi community I hope someone can help me out with my anxiety

I had a protected sexual encounter with a sex worker in Madrid on 18.10.16 whilst I was intoxicated, due to this I found it difficult to have sex properly as my penis wouldn't stay erected- 3 days later I took 1grm of azithromycin as I wanted to make sure I didn't have Chlamydia, when I got home that evening I had constant diarrhea probably from the the effects of the azithromycin

The day after I took the azithromycin I began to get a dull ache in my testies which went on for several days . Day 7 after exposure I started to get a slight burning pain in both sides of my groin and a burning sensation on my thigh this went in for several day very uncomfortable feeling

Day 10 after exposure I now have slight raised glands in my neck which cause a little discomfort and woke up sweating in an air conditioned room, I don't have any rashes on my body or any discharge or any unusual symptoms on my penis like discharge etc, does this indicate signs of std or Anxiety?

I'm have an appointment at the docs on Tuesday but the Anxiety is killing me as I feel like I've let my wife and child down through this encounter

Update both test came back yesterday for Clam/ Gono both are negative I have my Hepititis, HIV and Syphilis test back on Wednesday but I'm expecting the same results really

My anxiety levels seem to be back to normal however I keep getting a pain in the right hand side of the abdomen middle and lower side which is like a burning sensation I'm a little worried this could be something underlying

Another brief update today I have received my results for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and both are negative, I'm booked in for a full screen test later today with will cover HIV, Syphilis , Hepatitis etc but i'm still concerned  as have thrush still in mouth and now ulcers also pain in my right neck has been constantly sore for 3 days, i hope this is only flu and nothing more serious.

update been to the doctors, checked urine for UTI negative,Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea test being done results will take 7-10 days. Doc checked nodes all ok however she has prescribed some cream as reddish blemish on penis head and white tongue thrush symptoms which I have been prescribed oral drops , could be through taking azithromycin. Over the last few days been ill with cold like symptoms I think this is down to travelling from a warmer country to a cooler climate, one thing that is worrying me though is I've been getting like pains in my kidney and in the abdomen on the left hand and right hand side, burning pain still occurring in the right and left hand side of the groin and right side of testicle, what can this be any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
