Siphilis

I did last year  test VDRL
  and was negative for
This year appeared two wounds ... and in this period of last year until now not kept sexual relationship with anyone, decide to do it again and it was negative.
So what could it be? this wound scar left.
Test VDRL is insurance?

You're probably fine. If you absolutely feel the need to retest, get a treponeme specific test (Trep EIA, or TPPA).

It could be a dermatological i.e. skin problem if you have VDRL results showing up negative.
