What is this, please help

I had protected sex witha girl I know, I am male. The condom broke and i pulled out immediately.  About 3-5 weeks after I masterbated excessively early in the morning. I woke up a few hours later and noticed what looked to be a sore or rubbed down skin. I didn't notice anything in that spot before I masterbated or even earlier in the day.  The healing process lasted up to 3 weeks because it was on the side of the penis, near the top where the skin folds when flaccid. Also may I add that the spot never really itched at all.  After masturbating 2 times in a row, I woke up and noticed the sore was definitely a little sensitive. the sores I have looked up didn't really match my sore description. There was no redness outlining the sore, there was no redness anywhere else around the penis at all. No pain in urination.I'm just really confused, please help!

My questions are:

could this be genital herpes?

and

Do you normal have a blister bubble that pops and releases fluid? Since I didnt noticed a bubble earlier that day or before I masterbated, wouldnt that mean it most likely isnt genital herpes? The time line of the cut and masterbation makes me feel that I could be overreacting. Please help!
