Yellow discharge from penis
My husband has had a yellow, pus discharge from his penis and occasional pain during urination for about 10 days.  He did not tell me about it the first week.  All internet searches point to gonorrhea.  He denies any infidelity.  Is it possible that this is not a sexually transmitted infection?  What other infections would cause these symptoms?

Has he ever had his prostate checked?  Could be a prostate infection- prostatitis..this will sometimes cause a mild discharge but not usually.  Does he have pain, burning, upon urination- also, if prostatitis, he may have pain in his testicles.  In any event he should make an appointment to go get checked out soon, and you should not have sex with him until he gets checked out and shows you the results....  good luck
