inner thigh/groin bumps

I am 32 yrs old and have red bumps where my leg meets my groin about 2 inches above my penis.  I am around a 100 lbs overweight and have stretch marks in this area so i think my problem is folliculitis becasue of the friction of the overlapped skin.   They are raised bumps that mostly have hairs growing out of them but a few don't and they haven't scabbed over and no pus or any other liquid has come out of them.  Worried they are warts but was told that no hairs would be growing from them?  haven't had any on my genital area but worries me because they are so close.  Could this be a STD or just folliculitus?

It could also be a fungal infection.  You should see your doctor about it.

Could be an STD but without knowing your sexual history hard to rule out. probably just folliculitus though.
