little black specs

I have these little black specs on my penis. They kinda look like black pepper specs. Some i can just scratch off with my nail but some are deeper under the skin. What is this? Is it a std or a skin rash? would like some help and info.

research Morgellons and black specks. Morgellons affects compromised immune systems. It is a real disease and thise that have it are being chastised in the medical community just like the first aides victims. Morgellons is a systemic disease. Some have it in blood before outward symptoms appear.

Does not sound like a STD, as Grace said best to see a Dr at this point for it.

no they are not itchy. Just random black specs like the size of a spec of pepper. Does not hurt at all.

It's best to follow up on this with your provider. It could be just an irritation type rash but it could be something like pubic lice even - they bite the skin and cause symptoms similar to this. Are you having itching too?
