needing medical advice

i got  tested for std last  february and they told me i had bv i went back a week later for my scheduled appointment and  they said i had mpc and they didnt know if i had  gonorrhea or chlaymydia so they treated me beacuse they hadn't got my results back yet. ok so that was in febuary .so i stopped having sex. i just recently started back with a differnt guy so i went back to get tested  and they said i had mcp agian but they werent for sure because they havent gotten my results but my white blood cell count was high. so i texted my ex and he said that he got his results back and his turned out to be negative. my question is the two medications they gave me which  was cefixime and azithromycin  are they suopposed to cure whatever i have? and if so why do i have the same thing if  i was cured in february? and is there any other cause for mcp or is chlaymdia and gonorrhea the only way you can get this?
