painful white cork-shaped fiber in urine stream after sex?

A guy I've been dating for a long time just told me that one time after sex, he urinated into the sink & saw a "cork shaped, white "long", fibrous tissue come out of his urine stream. He also said it was painful and uncomfortable. He wasn't able to get a long look at it went right down the drain without further examination. I should also mention that I gushed a half pint of blood out of my vagina after he ejaculated in me. I didn't even feel it pour out of me until he pointed to the floor. This has NEVER happened to me after intercourse with him (or others) even when he hits my cervix with deep penetration every time. I should also mention we have used condoms every time (since i don't trust his sex partners) except 2 times and this one of them. It was just an odd situation that both we laughed off and didn't take it seriously, since i thought he just hit the cervix too hard that time and created a tear.  He told me this information today, march 1st 2017, when ideally should have mentioned it at the time in dec. 2016 to get a head-start on finding out what it is. I should mention that I have late stage ("incurable") lyme disease which means i have spirochetes in my blood cells that are microscopic. They based the model of the lyme spirochete ON the syphilis spirochete model, so a Dr. once told me. This man is now blaming me, very upset and angry and worried he has lyme disease BUT lyme spirochetes are microscopic as I've said. whereas syphilis spirochetes can grow from .3mm to 3cm (visible) It came out of HIM and he is a very sexually active person with a lot of random sexual partners and I am not sexually active with anyone but this one man. You can tell I'm spiraling here... ANY way... Could he have urinated out a syphilis spirochete or WHATEVER it was? Is it possible that it came out of me from the cervix wall blood and then maybe swam into his penis hole and then swam back out of his urine? I figure it would have "hurt" him if it went into him like it did when the long, spiral fiber went out of his body. Or came out of him and tore into my cervix wall and sqirmed back in? I haven't noticed anything like that come out of me since that intercourse session. I would love help on this, as he is blaming me. I don't blame him, he's just really scared of the whole lyme disease thing and not realizing that you can't see lyme spirochetes but can see syphilis spirochetes. THANK YOU kindly. Sorry if this was graphic.
