shooting pain in pelvis, UTIs, fungal infection, please help!!!

I've had a few UTIs and fungal jock itch or purple rash in the groin over the last few years, which seem to have been pretty serious.  my skin looks clear but on the inside I think there's a lot of vessel damage.  my penis skin was peeling and there were these cuts or sores on the top of the penis that wouldn't heal.  maybe the fungus got into my urinary tract and infected my prostate and everything?

it's terrible is there anything to repair the numbness and vessels?  I'm trying arginine but it's still terribly numb
I'm a little diabetic, ha1c 6.5.  I had shooting pain all over the pelvis for a month that wasn't cured on cipro, amoxicillin, duricef, amoxicilin.  and now the left vein in my pelvis hurts all the time still.  I want to keep doing methenamine cystex at 6x tablets 2x/day but my liver levels are too high now

yes I still have an itchy rash despite a few days on miconazole.  the infection has spread to my bladder and cords, veins.  it is really terrible

is it true then if my BG is high then I will get these yeast infections in my UTI?  anyway I went to some racist urologist who never treated this and now I'm crippled for life, my testosterone levels are low for years now and I have a varicocele that I probably need surgery for

yes, these are all related to your diabetes. it's part of the long term effects of having diabetes and they will continue to worsen unless you start getting your blood sugars under control :(    you have multiple medical issues going on right now and it's important to follow up on them all regularly. your endocrinologist should be working with you and your regular doctor as well as a gi specialist for the liver issues.  If you are weak, get your insurance to get you a wheel chair so you can get around better. as a diabetic, you are also prone to many skin conditions that laying around without moving can develop :(

the cream you are using will have absolutely no effect on nerve pain. it only treats the redness on the skin and the fungal infection.

this isn't a std related issue so really nothing else we can help you with in this forum.   I encourage you to follow up regularly with your providers and start getting your health back!

I'm so weak from this surgical catastrophe that I can't see an endo right now.  my BG was 183 and I can't take metformin.  the problem isn't the skin but the nerves and shooting pain in the veins in my pelvis and the miconazole/betamethasone doesn't do much

you don't have all these symptoms from this infection.  most of these symptoms are directly related to your diabetes that needs to be controlled better :(    do you follow up regularly with your endocrinologist?  does your insurance offer nurses who specialize in diabetes to work with your regularly?

I saw 2 urologists but they never ran a prostate fluid/semen lab test and now I have terrible damage, permanent low energy, memory problems
somehow I must have gotten a painful cipro resistant fungal infection or UTI... I tried the miconazole/betamethasone cream but it doesn't help

I don't know how I could have gotten this- my vessels are somehow fried and painful from the inside

I have sores and abscesses all over my body and went to the ER to get an abscess drained.
Please what can I do for the nerve damage and numbness??  the veins in my pelvis above my groin hurt.
it's not just the skin, my prostate and bladder are infected with shooting pain, it might be prostatitis or epididimytis

a lil diabetic? honey you are a half step away from having to use insulin to treat your diabetes!!

diabetics are prone to yeast issues as well as skin infections in general.  at this point you should be following up properly on this with a dermatologist.

this is not a std related issue so further questions should be in a more appropriate forum.
