Fingering and touching own genital in spa can cause HPV.
So in feb 2022 i gone to a spa where done stupidity and touch that spa girl ***** ( We both are naked) i fingered her and i fell her fluid in my fingers and stupid me i touch me penis with the same hand, we cuddled and do kisses on cheeks, in anxiety i took azithromycin 1g to protect myself from other std/sti, now after 2 months in april i got severe burning in my penis ( whole glan become red) meatus open up wide a little, got white ulcers type marks inside meatus, and pain in lower abdomen, and next day testicle got swollen, took doxy not worked then a doc gave me nerve relaxing med it worked for my testicle pain nd swelling but penile redness and rash is still there along with white marks inside meatus alog with pain in lower abdomen.

Chlamydia igg Pos after taking me- Neg.
Now its been 1.5 years i am suffering with this even i didn't have any proper encounter no penetration or oral.
small red/ brown dots on glans and white marks/bumps inside meatus makes me thing can it be HPV.
As there is no test for HPV, what i should do now have gone to various doc no one is able to help me.
Even if this is HPV urethra condyloma which i searched from net, what i should do now to prevent & cure it.

Agree totally. This is not a way to get an STD.
I don't know what you have - balanitis, maybe, but it's not an STI.

I have read online that skin touch can cause HPV but my initial symptoms was not pointing on HPV,

For the non-skin symptoms, I'd bet it's CPPS. Alcohol (and caffeine) can be very irritating to that. Also, there is often no identified cause.
It can be non-bacterial, meaning no infection caused it.

HPV wouldn't cause any of those symptoms. It causes bumps on the skin or no symptoms at all.
The peeling skin can be fungal - jock itch, yeast, etc - or eczema, dermatitis, allergies. It might even be really dry skin.
The red/brown rash you have might be caused by the same thing that is causing the peeling skin. Has your dermatologist seen that?
I know it's frustrating to not know the cause, but often, we don't ever know the cause of medical problems. Just because it's happening in the genital area doesn't make it an STI.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine, and increase your water intake.

Thank you soo much for replying, it's really helping me, yeah i have gone to various dermatologist some give antifungals some gives antibiotics, gone to various urologist they say meatus is inflammed.

i just took all std/sti test and all neg now doc just giving me nerve relaxing medicine which are not much helping me either.

Beer IS alcohol. Maybe there is something about the beer that bothers you more than vodka or whiskey or some other alcohol, but beer is alcohol.
I would not recommend circumcision. You have a temporary problem that does not need a permanent solution.
You have already been told that fingering someone and then touching yourself does not transmit HPV, or any other STI. It doesn't work that way.

You have taken a LOT of antibiotics. Were those prescribed to you, or did you take them on your own?
You've also taken two strong antifungals.
Maybe stop taking all those, stay on the nerve relaxer, which is for the CPPS, and let your skin heal.

Yeah antibiotics was prescribed by doctors, i haven't taken any of this on my own as i took doxy when i got chlamydia igg positive it not worked, then i took Urine/Semen culture it came with sterptococcus spp something like this bacteria in my semen, then they give me lenozolid, taken both test after some time urine semen culture and chlamydia test along with gonorrhea with ureaplasma and mycoplasma it came clear but symptoms didn't go, Few things where in need your help.
As i have abdomen pain since starting, so after some time like after 2-3 months so i admitted to hospital and i also took Ct scans i came with large intestine inflammed with swollen lymphnodes inside stomach or lower abdomen. can that be related to this issue.
* Should i taken the biopsy for the red/brown marks on penile like if something on skin like bacteria or fungi will it come in that?
* As i told i have white marks inside meatus looks inflammation so should i go with the Cytoscopy for urethra?

The chlamydia IgG test isn't the most reliable way of knowing if you have chlamydia. A urine test or swab test is much more reliable.
You have an inflamed large intestine? Do you have ulcerative colitis? That's something that needs more attention than whatever this is.
