100'F Fever & swollen glands in throat

Today's Thursday Morning & last Sunday Night & Monday Morning I had unprotected sex with women that I've been talking to for a couple of weeks now. Last night during the afternoon I started to develop a fever of 98.4 & my right side of my inner throat felt swollen. When I tried to swallow any food or liquids it irritated it. Prior to sleeping with this women, I only had three other partners since 2007 two of which I was in a serious relationship where we both didn't use condoms & one that was a one night stand in which I did use a condom.

Well this morning I woke up with a temperature of 100.2 & my throat feeling worse. & I searched online & found out that swollen glands can be symptoms of the HIV virus or another incurable STD. I'm really frighten that I could catch something from her if she gotten checked for all STDs last month in December.

My question is

1). Could this be a just a mire coincidence & I just caught a cold or flu, or could this really be symptoms of catching an STD or HIV virus?

2). How long should I wait to after having sex to get tested for the 8 most common STD's test panel & HIV DNA Test Panel?

Thanks for telling me the time line for getting tested on certain STD's but about the symptoms that I'm having. If there not an STD could it be possible that it can be the HIV virus. I post the same question again on the HIV forum. Another question I have is how long does it take for HIV symptoms to appear after having unprotected sex?

1) Not a STD symptom. HIV questions please post in the HIV forum.
2) Gonorrhea, NGU and chlamydia-1 week, syphilis-6 weeks, herpes-3-4 months
