A prostitute licked my penis for less than a second. it was just a small lick and I immediately (1-2 minutes later) I totally soaked my penis with rubbing alcohol and 10 minutes later I washed it with soap and water. I'm not worried about HIV but I'm worried about other stds like herpes. can you help me please?

I have to say first that this is a complete over reaction, and you could have done some damage to your penis skin by soaking it in alcohol.
Not only would that do nothing to prevent an infection had you been exposed to one, no part of your body is meant to soak in alcohol, especially the very thin, sensitive skin on your penis.
That said, there is no risk from a single lick to your penis. Even if your partner had given you full on oral sex, the risk from oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or anal sex.
There just isn't enough time for anything to transmit in a single lick, nor is there a mode of transmission for that.
Gonorrhea and chlamydia reside in the throat. Your penis would have to enter her throat, or at least deep in her mouth, to get that. Her lips would need to be on your penis to get genital herpes type 1.
Syphilis sores can be on the tongue, but that's very uncommon, and syphilis is uncommon to start with.
Is this kind of anxiety normal for you? If it is, you should see someone for it.
