oral gonorrhea

hi, what are the symptoms of oral gonorrhea, and what is the period of incubation?Can it be detected in ordinary swab test, or it must be specialy said to be done?
My sore trough is not painfull and is it connecetd(oral gonorrhea) with nose(can't breathe noraly because it's full)

Thank toy Grace, i just find somwere that oral gonorrhea is typical std transmitted via oral sex.so i am kind of confused.and also, do you know is it detecteble trough ordinary oral swab or you need a special one?

std's don't cause nasal congestion. as you were already told, you don't have a std causing your upper respiratory issues. follow up monday with your provider if previous treatments haven't worked. typically these are viral infections and just take time to run their course anyways.
