Am I at any risk?

I'm a 35 year old male. I went to a local gay sauna about a week and a half ago, more out of curiosity than anything else.  I wandered around for a few minutes and then a guy approached me and started masterbating himself with his other hand on my chest/shoulder.  I was masterbating myself.  We both had towels still on.  At one point one of my hands (can't remember which) briefly brushed his thigh for probably less than a second.  We didn't kiss, he didn't touch my genitals/anus and I didn't touch his (we kept towels on throughout).  I also felt no bodily fluids throughout.  I stopped after probably no more than 30-40 seconds.  I went straight to a toilet, finished myself off, put my clothes back on and left.

My concern is that one of my cuticles on my thumb was bleeding about an hour or so before but had stopped.  I also have quite a few cuts on my hands, arms and feet due to eczema but none of these were open as far as I could remember.

My original concern was HIV due to the cuts on my hands (I was very paranoid, I know) but after looking around this forum, I realise this is very unlikely.  I know most other STD's are also unlikely as there was no genital contact.  My main concern at the moment is crabs being picked up from the towel I was wearing.

I really just need to know if I should get tested for anything as I have a girlfriend and i've been afraid to go near her just in case I have picked something up and I don't want to pass anything on to her.  Am I being irrationally worried over nothing or is it worth getting myself checked out just in case?

thsi si not a risk for you. there's no reason for any testing.

don't confuse your guilt over the encounter as being a risk for std's. it wasn't.

Sorry to be a bit of a pain and a worrier but just to clarify, I shouldn't be tested for anything at all?  Is there any remote possibility I could have picked anything up at all?

Thank you in advance.
