Condom protected blowjob - STD/HIVRisk

Hi All,

I regret making a stupid mistake to deviate from a great life.

On Jan 17, I visited a sex worker and I was cautious with my approach.

She gave me a light back massage and we ended up with a condom protected blowjob (she applied condom through her mouth and it was intact throughout the act), there was no other act involved other than a little handjob at the beginning.

The act lasted about 5 mins and to my knowledge, her lips didn’t touch the bottom/skin of my penis.

Later, I cleaned myself with baby wipes. While cleaning I may have accidentally touched the saliva on condom. I have a bad habit of chewing skin around my nails (not bleeding at the time) and worried if any of her fluids or semen from previous customer went on the cuts on my fingers.

I feel stupid now as 5 mins of fun is now causing a havoc in my mind.

I would like to know the risk of HIV and any other STDs in this situation.

Should I be worry about it and do an STD test or I can forget this incident and move on with my life.

If going to CSWs gives you such anxiety, or going outside your relationship does, it would make sense to stop doing it. Therapy might help.

There was no risk then, there is no risk now.

Aunty Jessi.

You are correct, it’s the guilt and anxiety.

I will forget this incident and move on and as per your advice, seek therapy to put my life back on track.

Appreciate your help!
You're welcome! Take care.

"The act lasted about 5 mins and to my knowledge, her lips didn’t touch the bottom/skin of my penis"

Then this equates to zero risk of anything.

You have previously been advised of risks for HIV, so we will not ask our members to cover those again. You have also been advised that STDs and HIV cannot be transmitted through your hands or by touching anything at all.

Responses will be limited to your concerns about STDs from protected oral sex.
