Am I at risk? Extremely worried and anxious

Hi there,

I did something really stupid last week and that was after quite a heavy night out I was egged on by people I was out with who had previously been before too visit a massage parlor and out of curiosity I did so. Sober of course there would have been no chance of me even considering to even do such a thing! So that adds more to the humiliation..

Anyhow I went in and had protected oral and sex with the girl who to me looked perfectly healthy and I didn't notice anything unusual. I however gave unprotected oral to her and this is whats running through my mind how foolish I've been and the risks I have put myself at.

I'm really concerned and feel extremely ashamed and disappointed with myself, and I'm seeking some advice for peace of mind as Ive got myself really quite worked up about this.

Also I had an embarrassing sexual encounter about two months ago with a friend of friend so to speak. I ended up going to hers and fingered her and also gave her some oral as did she to me. Then she stopped and said she needed the toilet before we carried on. At this point I turned on the lights and noticed that there was blood on my fingers (only a small amount from her) and then realized I had given her oral with this going on I went straight to the bathroom and rinsed out my mouth with a small trace of blood in my saliva. Is it possible I might have just caught her by accident with my nail?Or could it be serious? She claims she wasn't expecting to be on, and she too was quite embarrassed by the whole situation.

Many thanks

Protected oral and vaginal sex...no real risk. Giving oral sex is low risk and no real need for testing.

I forgot to mention that I've also no symptoms of anything. And I was also wondering how long should I wait before I go and get myself tested? There seems to be a varied opinion on this!

Many thanks
