Risk of std from this exposure

I had an encounter in a massage parlor in Dubai. The therapist was a Thai ladyboy and the parlor is mainly for sex under the name of massage.

My exposure is mutual protected oral (I brought the condoms) I was paying much attention if the condoms were intact and didn't notice anything. I'm not sure if condoms had micro holes.

We also rubbed our covered penises together and frotted the genital area, so the pubic area and each other testicles touched each other.

I also went over the worker while she was laying on her belly and rubbed my penis against her buttocks but never touched her anus or even close.

What is my risk please for std's? I'm scared of syphilis, HSV and HPV because I saw like a bump or elevated skin right in her anus hole, I'm not sure what was that exactly. No mouth kissing was involved. Also, I touched her testicles with my hand and she did the same, but our penises were covered. There might have been some brief penis to penis rubbing for a few seconds before we put condoms but I'm not sure as I don't remember well, I doubt it.

Please what are my risks?

Thank you for your help.

Micro holes are a myth. If a condom tears, it really rips, and you'd notice it.

All your contact was protected. I wouldn't worry about anything. Whatever she had on her anus, it doesn't matter if you didn't touch it.

Also, we use proper terms here. She is a transgender person.

There are no what if scenarios that will change the answer.

Thank you auntiejessi for your answer. I'm sorry for the terms as English is not my first language.

I'm very anxious indeed and I'm married so I feel dead guilty but I read from you that guilt is not equal to risk.

1.I would like some clarification please. Was I at risk for Syphilis and Herpes? Because I read that the lesions are many times unoticeble, and that infection ONLY happens in contact with a lesion.

2.What was my risk for Syphilis and herpes based since there was skin to skin contact between our pubic areas, testicles and surroundings.

3. Is protected mutual oral 100% safe is condoms were ok.

Do you think I need testing for anything? I'm refraining from unprotected sex now with my wife but I doubt I can keep on like this.

Thank you for your help and dedication to help and educate people.

How much of your skin was touching? If the shafts of your penises weren't touching, I wouldn't worry. The rest of your skin is too thick to penetrate.

Herpes can transmit without sores being present, but the most vulnerable area for men for transmission is the shaft of the penis. If that is covered, you should be fine.

It's not 100%, but it's pretty close.

Most experts don't think even unprotected oral warrants testing, and since you used a condom, you don't really need testing.

You're anxious because you went outside your marriage, not because you had huge risk. Try to remember that. Guilt does not equal risk.
Our shafts were covered when the rubbing happened. So I guess the skin that was touching is the pubic area and the sides, the scrotum, legs, belly and chest.

I asked her about her status and when she got tested and told me about 3 or 6 months I can't remember well. She also told me that she's been in the country for 3 months. And she added without me asking that she takes some medicine to prevent, I'm not sure what it is, her English wasn't clear.

Does syphilis chancre always happen? If yes, when? So that I can monitor any lesion that appears. Same for herpes?

When could I test and it would be conclusive?

Based on all this, you think I was at low risk?

Thanks again for your help.
"Our shafts were covered when the rubbing happened. So I guess the skin that was touching is the pubic area and the sides, the scrotum, legs, belly and chest."

None of these areas are risk. The skin is too thick. The only areas that matter are the penis and the anus.

When we say "skin to skin", we mean the penis, the inner labia, vaginal opening and inside the vagina, and anus. These are mucous membranes - the thin, moist skin. Also, no matter the gender, the mouth is a mucous membrane.

Many countries have immigration and visit requirements around infectious diseases. She was probably tested before she entered your country for syphilis and HIV, as a quick Google says the UAE requires that.

There is no medication to prevent syphilis. There is to prevent HIV. There is also medication to prevent herpes outbreaks. None of that matters. You didn't have a risk.

Let it go. Remember this on your next trip. Your anxiety can not handle this. No judgement, just concern for your mental health. If you can't let it go, see a counselor. There is nothing to worry about here for STDs.

I Will follow your advice and do my best to leave this behind me. Thank you for your time.
You're welcome. Take care. :)
