Burning at tip of penis and discharge

I had sex with a girl I know, unprotected. Not even a day later I started getting discomfort when urinating. A week later I started getting thin whitish light green discharge from penis with itching in penis. It started burning at the tip of peniss when urinating. I went docs had a urine test, gonorreah and chlamydia test and all negative. Docs says it could be bacterial infection so have my fluxolacillin 4 a day but it's day 3 and still no improvement. Any idea what this could be? I spoke to the girl and she says she is sti free so I don't think it's any sti plus my test confirmed that.

Well, results of swab came back today. It was a bit weird as a couple of days ago all my stmptoms disappeared but this morning woke up and it's burning quite a lot when I pee. Then I got my swab results which indicate pus cells but no bacteria or infection. Doc says this is NSU and has given my docxy for 2 weeks

Thanks for your comments. I guess I'll know more in a couple of days when the swab results come back. It could even be some sort of fungal infection which isn't being picked up in the urine as before my peniss was pretty red and behind the head it was quite itchy. I'll update this when I get results as it may help other people with similar questions

They would need to test for this but i must say its not common in men but its certainly possible. Green tint would be the red flag,

Well not directly actually but I think the swab test which was sent to check what bacteria it could be will probably pick this up if that is the case...

Greenish is a symptom of Trich which is a parasite. Were you tested for this?

I've had two urine tests and both have no bacteria present plus herpes I think is very unlikely. The burning when I urinate has subsided now so it's just a bit of discarge throughout the day. The doc has sent a swab of the discharge to the lab to look at the bacteria to see what it is...I'm just puzzled to what it could be. It also doesn't burn when ejaculsting either which you'd expect with an infection.

I had the same discharge after changing sexual partners about 4 years ago and everything was clear, full std screening, scans, cameras etc. It lasted around 2-3 months and then one day just stopped'

Sorry, I missed the negative gonorrhea test.

Nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) could cause these symptoms, but not so soon after exposure. In theory, maybe herpes. In either case, flucloxacillin remains the wrong drug.

All we can do is suggest you follow up with your doctor, or find another one, for in-person evaluation and advice.

It says above that those tests were negative, so it isn't gonorreah or chlamydia. Please can you read it properly. Thanks.

You have an STD, probably gonorrhea. But you are on the wrong drug for gonorrhea; flucloxacillin doesn't work. What country are you in? (Probably not the US or western Europe.) You need to see a doctor or clinic that understands STDs. Do it ASAP.

This would be some kind of bacterial infection, don't know which one though.
