All HIV or "Sexually transmiited infection" symptoms, all negative after 6 months

Hi, I have a long relationship with a girl for 2 years, I have been in unprotected intercourse with another girl for the first time ( not sex ) just gential skin to skin contact for a few sec then I used condom. After 2 weeks I felt a little bit tired and I lost appetite and I felt something wrong with me but acutlly at that time I have never thought about STD or HIV even thought the girl status is uknown. After 6 weeks from the exposure, I started to feel tired and loss of appetite, back pain, could not go to school, then itch in the tip penis, then night sweats, fever, headaches, chills, light sensitivity. I have never got sick like that in my life. Also, I would like to mention that I have been drinking alcohol 3-4 times a week and smoking weed daily, even when i had the sexual intercouse with the girl i was little drunk and high which I think it got be one of the reasons that makes it easy to have an infection. I did not thought about anything about HIV or STD, but i felt something wrong with me, and since there was an itch in my penis, first thing I thought is HIV and I checked symptoms and I freaked out. I went to an urologist, he saw my penis and said nothing is wrong and he cant see anything wrong, but I still have itch ( I noticed later that there was a little small cut in the lips of penis with no blood and it's hard to notice it). I did hiv test and it was negative ( 2 months after exposure). after 3-4 weeks I felt better but later I started to thing about it again and read in the internet about hiv and the window period. And then I also got itch in my penis, I have seen a few white very small dots that are not painful or anything and when I read the internet it said that you should dry your penis very well, because I have been for 2 months watching my penis with water but not dry it. then when I started to do that it disappeared. then,

I did HIV test at 3,4,5,6,6.5 all negative
I never thought about any STD because I did not about them before.
I asked my girlfriend to test for everything, she was positive for HSV1 and HSV2. ( i am postive for HSV1 only )

when I tested at 4 months I was under severe stress because my girlfriend strated to have same symptoms and  I read that you should wait until 6 months, in these two months I got white coated tongue, white on throat which is like strep infection, I have testsed postive for Strepcocus aureus. got antibiotic for a week, got little better but not cured.

Now, I should trust my own tests that I am negative for hiv hsv2 and other stds, and I am only hsv1 postive and i don't know if i have it before or not.

what I suffer is how my girlfriend has hsv2 and I don't? and i am 80% that the unknown status girl is dirty and has something. last HSV2 igg test for me was .06.

i also suffer from itchy chapped lips which is the most annoying.

my penis tip changed and opened a little bit.

I cannot live my life and I cannot make a new relationship because i don't want to pass any virus to others.

what's wrong with me?

Hi yes you can trust the tests. Sometimes our anxiety seems to make things worse.
