bump on rim of penis???

I recently noticed a small light colored bump slightly smaller than the size of an eraserhead on the rim of my penis on the top side. its very pimple-like.   I'm concerned as to what this is, it doesnt itch or hurt, and really doesnt cause any reaction when I touch it. theres no redness to it at all. it hasnt grown or anything in the past 2 days.  I had Protected sex with someone about 3 weeks ago, but thats it, I really don't think its an STD/I but am still really worried about it.  I plan on having a doctor look at it sometime soon just don't have the time so I'm posting here until then.  picture is below, any ideas?
Thanks

thanks for the reply.  its certainly not the only encounter I've had, just the only encounter since maybe august.  I do plan on getting it check out soon, it looks as though its diminishing slightly as of today, but that doesn't ease my mind enough.

It could be a wart, but if your encounter is the only encounter you've ever had, I'd doubt it, as warts can take some time to appear.

It could be just normal skin as well.  You need to make time to see a doctor.  Your health has to be your #1 priority.

And sorry for the lack of response, and I'm glad you bumped it up.
