Blood filled bumps on penis. Can it be HSV, syphilis or any other std?

Today taking a shower I noticed I have two small red bumps on my penis (one close to another, but not together). Don’t remember seeing them before. They look like pimples, but are really red, like filled with blood. A small area around them looks bruised. I am worried because I had unprotected sex about 10-12 days ago. I have checked the internet to see if I find something similar, but nothing shows up.

Look up Molluscum contagiosum Wikipedia. Do they look like that?

Thanks for the answer. But no, the do not look like Molluscum contagiosum. They are darker, like blood colored. The only thing I found on the internet that looks like them is literally “blood spots on skin”, with the difference of  these that I have have, being surrounded by something similar to a small bruise (underskin) that can be more visible when you stretch the area.
Btw... I started hurting... Not too much, but like when you have a scratch.
