Clamydia/Gon test results

I had a question about whether having a clam/gon test after treatment with anitbiotics would skew the test.  I recently tested for clam/gon, which was a NAAT test after a encounter with a CSW in which she performed unprotected oral.  I had a mild burning sensation without discharge and tested for clam/gon which was negative.  A few days earlier I had finished a perscrition of cephalexin.

My question is could having the test close to finishing an antibiotic produce a false negative?  If so, what is the reccomended time to wait to be retested?

Thanks....

Im not sure the dosage for sinus would have any effect. If you dont have a regular partner just wait to see if you develop any urethra discomfort or a white discharge that would appear 5 days after exposure. You most likely dont have it as is low risk to acquire it through oral anyway.

2 weeks is a good time frame.
