Confused about HIV results

I went to see an infectious disease doctor in January, 6 months after a risky sexual encounter with a woman who had many sexual partners (I did not know that back then).   Anyway, about 2 months after this encounter, I developed all sorts of abdominal problems, dizziness, headaches which was later attributed to a parasitic infection. I was under lots of stress following this encounter.   I have been on so many meds for this parasitic infection  that my intestinal flora is horribly out of control.  The Inf Disease dr send me to Lab Corp to get tested for HIV and Chlamydia/Gonorrhoeae because of persistent thrush on my penis and tongue.
Can some one which knowledge in testing please interpret the results for me?  Specifically how reliable are these tests?  Can any meds (mainly antibiotics, antiparasitics) interfere with the test results?  The doctor wrote the script to test as follows:  1.) HIV    2.)  Chlamydia/Gonorrhoeae   3.) PCR.   He mentioned it was through urine.  However, at the lab corp, I gave a cup of urine and they took out two small vials of blood.
Test results reads as follows:
Panel 083824
HIV 1/O/2 Abs-ICMA
  HIV 1/O/2 Abs-Index Value        <1.00                      <1.00
Index Value:  Speciment reactivity relative to the negative cutoff.
HIV 1/O/2 Abs, Qual               Non Reactive             Non Reactive

Chlamydia/GC Amplification
  Chlamydia trachomatis, NAA      Negative                Negative
  Neisseria gonorrhoeae,  NAA      Negative                Negative
Please note:  Acceptable speciments for this test are male urethral swab, endocervical swab and liquid based pap specimens, vaginal swabs in  APTIMA transports and firt void urine.

Thanks for your responses.

HIV-negative but 3 months post exposure is 100% conclusive. Any further HIV questions please post in the HIV community.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are conclusive and are negative.
