Burning Upper Lip (Tiny White Spots)

Sorry if this pops up twice...I don't see it posted.

About a month ago I had contacted w/ a SW. Protected oral and vaginal, followed by removing condom for hand job. Felt symptoms a few days later, received suprax and zpack. Noticed white tongue on day 4, but could have been there before. Took full round of std tests 3 days after and 14 days after all negative. Did blood work 27 days after (which also included hiv), all negative. Have had temporary rashes pop up on front and back of hands. Now just noticed upper lip was burning and when I looked in the mirror, noticed white spots. What is this??? I am in panic mode. Is this HSV, Herpes, Syphillis? Please advise. Not sure what to do. Any medication to take? If I'm contagious, I need to know as I have a wife. Please help!

Hi reciveing protected oral and vaginal has nothing to do with your mouth area only the genital area. since your married test for her protection at the correct window period.
Gential syphilis---6 weeks
genital herpes---3 months
handjob zero risk

I've never had any of these issues before contact with the SW. Now after the fact, all kinds of random things popping up. I did a full round of just routine blood work and all that came back normal too. Just not sure what to do with all these symptoms when I have been so healthy pre-SW contact.
