STD risk via oral sex

I'm a 30 yr old married male who unfortunately received unprotected oral sex from a female who was probably high risk.  I have tried to research online and have a few questions.  If you typically don't repsond to non-HIV questions, that is fine.

1.  From what I've read, the risk of contracting HIV as a recipient of oral sex is extremely low (some say non-existant).  Is this correct?  Even if correct, I plan on undergoing HIV testing.  I assume this should be done 3 months after the event.  If that is negative, is their a need for a F/U test at 6 months after the event, given the scenario?

2.  Two days after the event, I began to have burning at the tip of my penis.  This has persisted for the last 6 days.  No salient ulcerations.  This is usually un-related to urination.  No penile discharge.  From what I've read, I'm at greatest risk of HSV-1, genital.  Other STD's are not impossible.  I have not seen a physician, but was able to obtain and take a 2 gram dose of azithromycin 4 days ago.  Is genital HSV1 the most likely possibility?  I plan on getting tested for HSV1 / HSV2.  What specific HSV tests should I obtain and at what timepoint post exposure.  I was planning on getting HSV 1/2 IgG testing at 3 months post exposure.  Is there a specific name for these HSV tests?

3.  Should I have any other STD testing performed given the scenario.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I hear you. I'm going through the same, received oral from someone I met at a nightclub. Got tested this morning and will have results in a couple of days. You are right, receiving oral is low risk but I need peace of mind.

Also, I'm having the same symptoms you described. I think they are related to anxiety. The doctor mentioned that friction can also cause those symptoms.
Get it over with, and get tested.

Please post your hsv questions in the herpes forum.  Why specify any certain std?  Just get a full screening and get it all done in one shot.  That way, you won't get tested for one, then worry about the others.  You can test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and I think syphillis after about a week.
