I had unprotected sex with a girl I was not aware was sleeping with another man (also unprotected.) I came to find this out when I noticed red, pimplelike sores around and on my penis (2 on the penis, a patch of 4 or 5 above it.) The sores have all been popped and are scabbing, no burning sensation when I pee. I also noticed 2 sores on my middle fingers which were filled with puss (currently bandaged.) I have been tested for Chlamydia, Gonnoreaha and Herpes but won't get my results until next Tuesday. My doctor tells me he doesn't think it looks like herpes at all, but I remain unconvinced because of the developing cold sores in my mouth (I do get them regularly due to a sometimes uncomfortable and nonremovable retainer on the bottom of my mouth.) He prescribed me an antibiotic and said it should clear up in a week or so if it isn't herpes. I do have a hunch, however, that he could be right because the other man involved is clean and I did have anal sex with the girl which severely hurt her (still hurts now about 2 weeks later) and then went into her vagina which I know can cause bacterial infection. I guess I'd like to hear someones educated opinion so I can rest a little easier waiting for my results next Tuesday, please help if you can.

No, they just observed them. There are about 3 sores on my tongue (right side) and looks like more could form. Not sure if this is relevant but the back molars on the bottom sides of my mouth have been swollen over by my gums, making it difficult to eat. I also notice that with anything I eat I usually throw up, but it could also be the side effects of my medicine.

well as you should know HSV is a painful blister, the best advise to follow would be your doctors since he has actually seen it. Doctors do know what HSV looks like given that it was on your penis I know you are doubtful of this but your best option is to remain calm and collected and await the results...

Did they swab the sores?
