Evaluating risk…

had a nude body to body massage 15 days ago in SE Asia with handjob finish. The rubbing was mostly done on my back and with her upper body. The handjob was done with lube, the tip of her tongue briefly touched the bottom of penis shaft but i said no, so there was no penetrative oral whatsoever and tongue never got near head of my penis. She also massaged penis with breasts and licked my nipples quite a lot. I inserted fingers into vagina for about 10s (not deep) and quite sure i didn’t touch my penis after before wiping my hands on towel but not completely certain.

The next morninh’g i took Doxy-PEP and coincidentally I have been on Doxy for the past 10 days for a non-sex related condition, with another 4 days to go. I also had a 2 week test for Chlamydi, Gonorrhea and Syphilis, all negative. But I’m told it might be too soon to be conclusive for Syphyllis. Would the Doxy which is second line treatment for syphilis be able to kill the infection during incubation?

No symptoms at all.

I do not thing there is a risk for HIV? How likely am i to be at risk of Syphilis, Mgen, LGV and Molluscum?

It was a terrible decision i regret. Thank you for your guidance.

You had no risk for HIV which only transmits if you have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus.

As to other std's. Breasts rubbing on you or you rubbing them, no risk. fingering no risk. hand job, no risk. Tongue toughing bottom of your penis, like a touch? Ya, would NOT worry about that either. She rubbed on your back, not your genitals. I'm not the least worried about std's here and wouldn't even bother testing, retesting or wherever you are at in the anxiety process.

This was not a worrying exposure.

Thanks for your quick response. I guess Dr Google does weird things to the mind. I got worried by the « skin to skin » contact and the Know Your Chances on SmartSexResource that says « Not Likely To Be Transmitted » but that’s not a definitive not gonna happen. Knowing my luck I’ll be the 1 in a million guy it happens to…

I saw on the CDC website that Doxy for 14 days twice a day at 100mg is second line treatment for patients with penicillin allergies. Given I’ll have completed a 14 day course of that soon, do you think that any unlikely unlucky infection would have been eradicated during the incubation period? Especially if I also took Doxy Pep?

Thanks again for your valuable help
Get off google now! There is nothing here which would concern me at all. Move on and relax :)
"Skin to skin" means genital to genital skin. It's a terrible way to say it if they aren't going to fully explain it. It doesn't mean back to chest skin, or breast to arm skin, or whatever.

It means you don't have to have actual penetration to transmit, but your genitals do need to come into contact to transmit. It does take heavy rubbing or grinding though - usually the kind of contact associated with intercourse.

You had no risk for anything, and didn't need the DoxyPep. DoxyPep is two 100 mg Doxy taken within 24 hours of having unprotected sex. You didn't have that. If you are taking 2 weeks of doxy, you aren't even taking DoxyPep, and are taking way more doxy than you'd take if you had an STI.  DoxyPep is also only for men who have sex with men and trans men. It hasn't shown to be effective in other populations.

The only reason you'd take 2 weeks of doxy for an STI is if you were diagnosed with syphilis, and had an allergy to penicillin or were pregnant. You had no risk for syphilis.

Stop taking meds you don't need. Stop googling. Is this kind of anxiety new for you? I suspect it isn't. If you aren't already in counseling, it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor and get a referral for it.

Thank you all, you have put my mind at ease. The anxiety is not entirely new but has been mostly at bay until this episode.
You should really talk to your doctor about the anxiety. There's good treatments for it, and you deserve to find relief for it. :)
