Hypochondria or harsh reality?

I had to select "Other" for the topic, because I have no idea what's wrong with me. Rather than type my whole back story on the matter i'm just going to list my "symptoms." Please note, i'm a serious hypochondriac. Most of the time I go overboard with these kinds of things. Just saying. I'm an 18 year old gay male. I have itchy testicles and penis, but no rash or anything. There's a small red mark on my upper/inner thigh, but it's flat and hasn't spread or gotten bigger. I'm not sure what caused it and i'm not so much worried about it anymore but i'm listing everything. Today, however... I noticed that there are a few very, very small with bumps under the foreskin on the tip of my penis. I told my friend and he said that he gets them sometimes too. Theyre to the point of unnoticeable but I of course, being the terrified hypochondriac, noticed them. Are very small flesh colored/hint of white bumps normal for some people? there's only one that has white color to it. Please help.

Eucerin might help, but if you don't see an improvement in a couple of days, you can always try an antifungal like lotrimin, etc.

No problem. I've been using Eucerin on the area, so hopefully it will just.... go away.

Not to sound patronizing, but they are caused by a fungus.  Sometimes they just grow, other times its if you are sweating a lot and the skin can't dry, sometimes antibiotics can cause it.

That sounds more appropriate. Can you tell me the causes of fungal infections?

Dry skin is normal, but I wonder if you have a fungal infection, like jock itch or yeast.

Why don't you just go see your doctor or an std clinic and find out for sure?  That's a lot easier than sitting around stressing about it, right?

I agree with you, however. Today when I woke up, the skin around my right testicle (if it's not one thing it's another) was very dry. Not the left side, but just the right. No bumps or rashes on either side, but very dry skin. Is that anything to be concerned about? I feel like i'm falling apart.

I'd say the bulge is part of your penis, and my guess is that everything else is normal, but why not make an appt with your doctor or go to an std clinic (if you've ever had sex), and have them take a look at it.

That way, you'll know what's normal and what isn't, so if your hypochondriac stuff comes up, your rational side knows its normal.

Sorry, not "with" bumps. I meant "White" bumps.

Also, near them on the head of my penis is a small bulge. If i poke it it disappears. Could that just be part of my penis? It's the same color as my penis so i'm not sure whether thats just another part of it or something bad.
