Testing Questions, Unprotected sex, Chances of infection

Here is what happened. I just found out my girlfriend, who was a virgin, had unprotected sex at a party with some random guy about a year and a half ago. It was vaginal and he came inside her. Since then she hasn't done anything with anybody. She was 18 and he was 23.I have to assume that the guy did this often and that he has had unprotected sex with a lot of people. What are the chances that she has some kind of STD now. Are the chances significantly higher since it was her first time and there was probably stretching/tearing and such? She plans on going to get tested next week and it may take some time to get the results back and I would appreciate any information and input from everyone.

p.s. I assume that they will know what tests to run when she goes but I would also appreciate it if you could tell me which tests to make sure she has if you have knowledge in this field.

Thanks

Sorry, I'm new to this site and didn't know how it would work with the whole category thing so I put it in a couple.
