Should i get tested?

Here is my situation
6 weeks ago I had received unprotected oral and a brief protected anal sex( I was the top) with another man. When i say brief, I mean it didn't last a very long time, at most 2 mins. I didn't ejaculate, the condom was intact. After the encounter i did talk to the person about stds/ sexual health. He assured me that i have nothing to worry about, and that he gets routine checkups with his healthcare advisors for stds testings. Should i even get testing? I know that i have a low risk of catching HIV right? I mean even if he was lying i was protected so i am okay?
"symptoms so far"
I have a cut under the folds of the tip of my penis/ could this possible be syphllis? its not inflammed nor does it look like the chancre in photos but should i get it check out?
also I had an enlarge lymph node in my neck a week ago, it was painless by the way, and i am constantly checking myself for swollen lymph nodes all over my body, as of now i can feel a lymph node in my groin area. Is that normal? I am a skinny person so i guess t would be?
Thanks!

So even if he did lie, I was protected and it doesn't even matter! Man fear can really do something to ya.

The anal sex was protected so you had no risk for hiv. Oral sex is low risk for bacterial std's if you do not show symptoms for gonorrhea no need to test.
