What are these small red bumps/areas on my penis that are painless?

I'm really freaking out about this. I don't have health insurance. I noticed these bumps a few weeks ago. I've had a few sexual partners, one that was unprotected. During intercourse we had an accident where my penis entered her anus for a moment. I've also been very active outdoors, going to swimming holes/waterfalls and hiking. I noticed these dots at the same time as these activities. I am not sure if it is an STD or a fungal/bacterial infection. I have been applying clotrimazole 1% to the area, as after some of my own research I thought it could be the beginning of thrush or balantis. I've been applying the cream for a few days. The red bumps are small, barely raised at all, and are barely noticeable when flaccid. When erect, they become a red color. I can't tell if the clotrimazole is doing anything or not, but I haven't been applying for very long.

Balantis can be a real pain to clear up also. I've been fighting it for 3 months and while not 100 percent I'm about 80 percent. The summer months makes it an easy climate for the thrush to hang around. Keep it as dry as possible, clean and try other creams also. I'm currently mixing three creams together I'm so tired of it lol

They are definitely new, my penis and I are very familiar with each other. The cream seems to help with the redness, and I noticed them well before I ever started applying the clotrimazole
Is there a way to upload pictures with these posts? I think that would assist greatly in determining whether or not it was a rash/infection/fungal/STD
maybe a fungal infection from the outdoor activty
