Help with Diagnosis, Syphilis?

I had unprotected sex with a girl whom i have been meetin on friday evening. Monday i noticed a small round lump on the base of my penis, coming through on a hair folicle. i thought nothing of it as i often shave this region of my penis and have had similar lumps before. however i now have around 10-12 of these lumps around the shaft of my penis. they are mainly along hair folciles and resemble ulcerations. some have yellow heads whilst others have darkend. they very slighly itchy and uncomfortable. heres a picture http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/9273/dsc02130gt6.jpg

im bookin myself a consultation tomorrow and im just wandering what to expect

i do not show any of the other signs of syphillis as of yet

This doesn't sound like syphilis, and you wouldn't get syphilis symptoms within a few days - they usually don't appear for at least a few weeks, sometimes longer.

It could be folliculitis, herpes, a fungal infection, etc.  When you call the doctor, let them know you have sores, and need to be seen within a day or two, at most.
