pain on lower glans which passes away after urinating

It has happened to me twice in the last month: I was sexually arosed and the usual watery fluid (I think from the prostate) discharge happens (I always used to have this, before ejaculation), I felt some mild pain on the lower glans. After I urinated the pain passed away. I wonder if it is an STD or UTI. I haven't had any sexual contact for about 4 months; even then I used condom. Can you think of any disease to much the symptoms? Thank you

Please consult an urologist, it appears to be a urinary tract infection due to collection of smegma or other infections. STD's pre existing is a possibility.

You may need a specialist to check this out. This could not be STD related if you haven't had sexual contact in 4 months and had protected sex. No std could cause this kind of pain I've heard of.
