High lymphocyte count low neutrophil

Hi,

I have done a CBC which states that lymphocytes are high -56.2% and low neutrophils 36.1% and total wbc count is 9.1.I have been with a prostitute on august 30 th and the condom brakes in between.I have tested negative HIV on 17 th and 34 th days.VDRL also negative.I have done CBC on 18 th sep and 25 th sep, but CBC remains the same.Please advise.

The VDRL is a syphilis and is not reliable until about 6 weeks after exposure.

Is 17th and 34 days ELISA and VDRL test reliable.Both are negative.Help me.I am in distress.

CBC has nothing to do with anything STD or HIV related.
