So confused, really need help.

First of all I have severe anxiety about all things STDs so some of this could be in my head, but I need to know.

I had a single red bump right below my right hip, just to the left JUST above my pubic region. I scratched and irritated it and it just became worse... it reacts badly to warm water, and is tender to the touch. I shaved with just water there the other day so could it have to do with that? I am not experiencing any other symptoms, no itching, no burning (unless rubbed up on) I could be a pimple... I have two other 'raw' feeling FAINT red dots on my actual hip and one on my butt cheek (those two look no worse than mosquito bites but why are they so tender??)

This red bump above my pubic area didn't LOOK like a blister, but it was raised and in the light was like a ball...

I haven't had any sex in over a month... nothing. and no previous breakout that I know of...  I squeezed it and could feel it 'pop' it bled from a tiny pore sized opening and stopped.

THOUGHTS? what should I be thinking?

bumps are normal it could be an ingrown  hair. if you are concerned the only option is for you to see a doctor for a diagnosis...
