How long does it take for symptoms

I received oral as part of a "gangbang" lasted about 3 minutes at most... Afterwards I thought about how an annonomose encounter like that is very risky..... I started having slight pain and urethral itch.. About an hour later.. A bit of backround, I do have lichen planus... Also,  for about a year I have had std like symptoms... I was tested a year ago, multiple times... I recently went in for testing, still negative, but as a precaution I was treated for ngu and trich.. Upon taking the meds, I had the ole pinching pain and itch.. And a bit throughout the course of the meds off and on..  Just like all year , off and on. I hadn't had the pain or itch really after finishing the meds, until after this encounter....now I have it today as well... Is this just whatever was wrong before? Or just anxiety?

Gonorrhea-1 week, syphilis-6 weeks, Herpes-3 months. But really see no reason for testing.

Symptoms do not show that soon. Overall I would not be overly concerned. Might be worth while for some testing to help ease concerns.
