Howard/Vance

Hi guys.., many thanks for the wonderful service on here!
My story. Had brief unprotected oral and vaginal encounter (30 secs max as I was very drunk & barely erect).
Immediate feeling of regret. Symptoms started the following day and have been a random tingling post urination (only happens occasionally rather than every time I wee) and various odd feelings around my penis that come and go. At no point has there been any discharge. (I have checked regularly)
Tested (first stream urine and swab) four days after - NEGATIVE
Tested (urine and swab) five days after - NEGATIVE. Given 1g azithromycin and an injection in the *** as a precaution
No change in symptoms so...
Tested (first stream urine & blood, no swab as there has been no discharge) 14 days after - NEGATIVE
Tested (urine & blood, again no swab as no discharge) 15 days after - NEGATIVE
Spoke to the other girl - she was also tested and given the all clear.
Things begin to settle and I had sex with my regular partner again. However seven weeks post exposure my regular partner develops abdominal pain - making me paranoid that I had given her PID.
Drs believe she has endometriosis and treatment has eased the pain.
My symptoms return, though, - especially as I have trawled the net - but have remained sporadic. I can have normal urination but occasionally it tingles/stings after and I panic. Also I have had spasms in my abdomin and perineum.
I have done dozens and dozens of home uti tests (having read that they would pick up any wbc in my urine) and all have been clear of everything. I have made sure I catch the opening stream of the urine and waited several hours at times before checking.
Now everytime my partner has a stomach ache (she has currently had a horrible bloated feeling there for three days) I fear the worst.
Are my symptoms likely to be stress related? (I have read about cpps) or could it be a form of ngu even though there is no discharge?
Many thanks for your help and advice!

Many thanks for replying Vance.
Was tested after 4 days and five days - urine and swab
Tested again 18 days and 19 days post exposure - urine and blood
All tests were negative - I guess the nagging doubt at the back of my mind is ngu (given the tests at 18 & 19 days didn't include a swab)

Your risk is low I will give you ll the testing times and you can match up to see if you testing in those time frames.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia-urine or swab test-5 days
Syphilis-6 weeks (i would not worry about it)
