um not that I am ignorant, but, I just don't know

Wow, I'm pretty smart and I know that there is too much information out there that either doesnt answer my question or is too vague to be informative.

I had a brazilian wax on Nov. 19th, had intercourse unprotected with my boyfriend of a year and then woke up with 3 small pustules top left of my vaginal area (thinking this was just from friction and newly done waxing), I had intercourse with boyfriend next night, used N-9 and then next morning woke up with bleeding( figured it was my mensus early) went about my life...1 month later, had chills, fatigue and couldn't warm up for 2 days( thought mild flu) again went about my life.  2 weeks later, I have ear infrection, canker like sores in my mouth nothing overwhelming, went to dentist had reg. check up, then 6 days later went to reg. Dr. with ear pain. I was given Cefzin 500mg, 10 day supply told my ear drum was bulging, fluid behind drum and ear infection.  Day 2 of my script I now am bleeding again ( 2 day reprieve from what I thought was mensus) but its a watery bleed, I have somewhat of a burning in vaginal area, redness under labia, I have yellowy- white patches on throat but not mouth, and minor discomfort urinating. IS this a side effect of anti-biotic or did I get Gonorrhea from my long term boyfriend?  What are the ways inwhich transmission is possible?  Any STI, OR STD's by kissing or fingering? Thank you, I am looking for definative information, or  at least as much as you can provide.  I really hate to break up with my boyfriend but I can't afford anything regarding and STD or STI, emotionally, mentally, or financially, please help... Thank you.

Hi

You asked, " IS this a side effect of anti-biotic "
If you are talking about the pelvic pain and bleeding then NO.
You asked, " ... or did I get Gonorrhea from my long term boyfriend? "
We don't know, but we do recommend testing for it as well as chlamydia
You asked "What are the ways inwhich transmission is possible?"
For gonorrhea and chlamydia: transmission is possible by unprotected sex
                 with an infected individual period.
"Any STI, OR STD's by kissing or fingering?"
                 No.

Only way to know if you have a STD is through testing  Symptoms do not sound STD related.
