Cluster of bumps near the base of the tongue. Are they dangerous?

They do not hurt, but are tender and swollen. I do not smoke and drink on occasion. I work out regularly and eat very healthy. I have already ordered the full suite of STD tests and am waiting to hear back.

What is going on?

I should also mention that this cluster is on the right side of my tongue. I can't find them anywhere else. My throat does not hurt and I do not have a medical history.
