I need some help?

So ive had unprotected sex twice, both claim to be clean. The first time was about 7 months ago and the last time was about 4 months ago. In the last 2 months ive noticed about 20 very very small red bumps around the rim of my penis head. They do not itch, irritate, but do tingle sometimes when i cant get my mind off it. Im almost positive i have pearly penile papules because i have some white little bumps scattered around my penis shaft.

Could pearly penile papules also be the case of my bumps around my penis head, because i saw pictures before and some of the pictures look similar, except my bumps are red, and only noticeable if you look real close, and in the right lighting? i do also have a few lil brown spots on the head of my penis that developed over the last year. i have had oral before t oo.

so whats the news? does it sound like i have an STD?

thanks guys.

It doesn't sound like an std, but you should get it checked to be sure.  Since you've had unprotected sex, an std screening would be a good idea, too.
