Penis Redness after Chlamydia Treatment

I was tested and diagnosed with chlamydia (negative for gonorrhea) roughly two weeks ago and just finished a 10-day cycle of Doxycycline 2x a day. I took the medicine as prescribed. My original symptoms were a small amount of discharge from the penis and redness on head of the penis. I haven't experienced any other symptoms.

I just finished my treatment today and the discharge appears to have cleared up. However, the redness on the head of my penis persists and appears to be about the same as when I began treatment.

I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should be concerned at this point in time. I was hoping for some guidance as to what is going on and if I should be concerned.
