I took treatment for gonnorrhea, why it isnt cure yet?

In March 31 i had a sexual intercourse. I infected with Gonohorea from my partner and 2/3 days later symptoms began to start.
I took
Tablet Azithromycin 500mg twice daily for 8 days. But,  still there was burning sensation and pus from the penis.  Then i went to doctor in 25th April . Doctor prescribed me
1. Doxicycline 100 mg twice daily. for 14 days
2. Capsule Cefixime 200mg twice daily for seven days.
3. syrup Potassium Citrate+ Citric acid for 2 month

after 14 days, my disease isn't cured yet.   So,  in May 11, 2017;  i went to doctor again,
After my Urine CS test,  it shows that some antibiotic are resistant to this pathogen in my body.

So,  docor prescribed me Ciprofloxacin for 14 days.

After 14 days of Ciprofloxacin treatment,  my penis and urethra still irritates, still i have burning sensation,  yellow colour urine and burning sensation while ejaculate and pain in lower abdomin. it seems that always my bladder is full in urine.

my question is,   is my gonorrohea still exist?

what should i do now? my Doctor said, your gonorrohea is cured. but, I'm Afraid, it isnt fully cured.
