Itchy penis, weird smell, sometimes burns when peeing
Right now my penis is very itchy. When I pull back the foreskin, there is a red spot on it and looks very gross. The itchiness comes and goes. Also, I notice a strong smelling coming from it kinda like that joke where it smells like fish? Yeah. And occasionally it burns when I pee. I'm really, really concerned.
