Male yeast infection or something else?

I am 22 years old. Around a month ago i was dating a girl and we had unprotected sex for around 5 minutes snd then i put a condom on. I do remember that when we were done, my condom had some cottage cheese looking stuff on it. Me and her usually had sex for around a month. I developed penile papules which have minimized, but i have a redness on my foreskin which sometimes burns (not severely just annoying) while i masturbate. Also the rim of my penis by my papules gets red but goes away when i shower (i am not circumsixed(. It used to give me a very small itch and tiny discomfort in my penis but it went away. I dont have any sores or blisters, and every picture ive seen of male yeast infection looks nothing like what i have. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to have my penis back to normal.

What would be the best treatment that is OTC? I have yet to have any discharge or burning while urinating. I spent a month and a half looking for sores and nothing, so i ruled out herpes. With the hydrocortisone, my penis looks fine. Its only reddish in the morning and once i shower, clean up and aooly the cream, its pretty much gone for the day

Hi, best to have a doc check you out but bottom line is one month is quite a long time to come down with any std as usually there is urethra discomfort and a penal discharge in about 5 days after exposure. Your does sound more like a fungal infection like a yeast.
