Proctitis after Chlamydia on penis and anal toying

I'm a male and for about 2 months until now my feces are presenting some blood and mucus, but I feel no pain at all, and don't have diarrhea. I had a colonoscopy and the results showed that I have proctitis (inflamation of the rectum). Long before that (months) I have done receptive anal protected sex and also played with sex toys in my anus, with no condom (the toys was not mine and I don't know if it was properly clean).

Between one thing and another, I had an urethral infection. At the time, although I have not been tested, the doctor said it could be Chlamydia, and prescribed me 1g of Azithromycin and this solved the problem in a few days.

I didn't talk to my doctor yet after the colonoscopy results, but I'm afraid I can't be open about my sex life with him. I'm worried if this proctitis may be Chlamydia infection, either related to the previous urethral infection or the toys inserted in my anus.

Hi it cant be chlamydia because used a condom and nothing could enter your penis and a sex toy laying around would not have it on the surface anyway. To get std,s like gono and chlamydia from a sex toy it would have to be immediate withdrawal from somesone anus or vaginal and immediate injection into your anus.
If you have blood in your stool is most likely hemorrhoids.
