Hello hopefully somone can help me
I had urge to wee and discharge went to the gum clinic 3 times swab negative for ngu ? Was told not to go back as I'm clear see gp .went to my gp done urine dip test positive for urine infection ? Help ???

Yes no pain anywhere or when I wee just need to go all the time and the spotting after I wee

yes the swabs are the most accurate for urethra infections but like i said the discharge would be before peeing not after and our bladder does contain mucus and ofter appears stringy in the toilet water. This mucus is normal .

Thank you Dave means so much ! Would you recommend no further testing at the gum and just carry on with my gp ? Sometimes I get random spotting but is mostly after I urinate

Clear is not a sign of infection but white is and it would show up before you pee not after. Discharges that show up after pee would be bladder or prostate related not urethra (penis). and recieving oral is really low risk A UTI is a urinary track infection.

I had urge to wee and discharge around 4 weeks ago got tested it went away then it came back a week ago.
It's not entirely clear it's like urine drops and snotty crystal appearance .
Can o count on my 3 test for ngu via swab from gum clinic ?

Hi what was your sexual contact and what infection did the test show? Was the discharge white or clear?

Protected sex unprotected oral 7 and half weeks ago clear like snot after I wee mainly and sometimes just randomly

She didn't say what infection just o had a uti and she will send the urine off
