Not again!?

I tested positive for chlamydia two months ago. The first series of antibiotics were unsuccessful. The second series proved to have worked as my test of cure came back negative. Just now am I experiencing the same symptoms that prompted my first doctor visit, however, they do seem less intense- urethra irritated at all times, sore testicles, head of penis warm, NO discharge. I have not had sex with anyone since the test of cure came back negative. Could this be HSV? UTI? I am unsure if any other tests were originally taken- I was only informed that I had chlamydia. Also, the test of cure was taken the same day I finished my meds. Could that create a fale negative? Any advice would be apreciated as this is quite irritating and I want to avoid another trip to the dr.

I remember reading somewhere that a test of cure should be taken after a month.  Definetely go back for another testing.  Just my humble opinion.  I would also head to the doctor and discuss that you are having the same STD symptoms.  He or she may give you another roung of antibiotics.

Which anitbiotic were you taking?

If you had anything else like a UTI or HSV they would have informed you, that is if they tested for those things.
