STDS TEst.... Help !!!!!

I had unprotected sex with a girl poristive for herpes 1 and Herpes 2 Genitle... After 13 weeks from my contact with her I tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV anitbody, Herpes 1&2 IGG and both came back negative... Do I need to retest again ? or my blood test result after 13 weeks is final.....
hsv 1 igg herpeselect AB     0.15
hsv 2 igg herpeselect AB     0.16

HIV AB, HIV  1/2, EIA, with reflexes
HIV  1/2, EIA, AB screen                         NON-REACTIVE

Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis   ( All negative )

1 - I did the test a day after I took  hap B Vaccine ... Is that can effect my all stds test ?

2- Do I need to retest any test again ? I'm so worry because I have wife and kids .... Plz Help ..

What would you do if the answer was yes?  Seriously...Once again, after 13 weeks your test results are conclusive.

Nothing you added is going to change what I said above.

Why did you have pain??? See a Dr, not STD related.

Thank you  for your replied..but I forgot to add some points :

I had pain for more than 4 weeks on my groin gentile area and testicle, pain in legs and low back , pnamounia, had rash on my body .. Is that related to any STDS ? I'm so wrry cause I know no blood test accruate %100 especialt with herpes... Why all that pain I had ? I tested while I took z-pack for pnamounia.... is that can effect my blood test result ?
