Sensative penis head

About a year ago my penis started to get sensative at the tip. And then shortly after I started to get a sensation on the anus.  I've seen doctors and have been tested for STD and nothing. They recommended physical therapy but I think it's medical.    Any suggestions?

Hello

I have exactly what you described above.   The only difference is that I did not have any itchy on my anus and I did have pain in my testicles but it was due to a build up of sperm after a vasectomy that I had is what the dr said.  the same dr that did the vasectomy also told me that it could be a nerve thing and sent me for a CT scan so I am waiting to see the results of that.  My issue is basically my penis is sensitive all day long.  Not enough to keep me awake at night but enought to notice throught the day.   There is like a red patch of skin that is sensitive on the top and also around urethra.  It's been like that ever since I had some sort of infection back in Dec 2008.   The infection cleared up but this sensitivity never went away back to normal before all of this ... I have seen two dermatologists 2 family dr's and one urologist 3 times and they all say that it's in my mind.  Not sure where to go from here.

If you have tested for STD's and negative then this is not a STD problem and I have never heard of your symptoms being STD related. All I can advise is to follow up with your Dr.
